Casings, i.e. tubes with very thin walls, pose a particular challenge, which we are overcoming successfully. These products are distinguished by their excellent mechanical properties at minimal dimensions of wall thickness. These excellent properties are the result of coldforming.

Bushings
Bushings are the main production programme of our company. We particulary excel in the quality production of division bushings for all different kinds of pumps.
Our facilities and knowledge enable us to produce many different dimension bushings.

Bushing lids
Division lids for bushings are only one of many circulation pump component, but they are of vital importance since the operation of the pump greatly depends on the precision of the lid production. They must be produced within precise geometrical tolerances to ensure the steady running of the pump rotor.

Tubes
In 2007, in order to expand the range of our products, we started introducing the technology of welding – TIG.
Tubes can be made of normal or stainless steel.

Aluminium products
Our latest success is a new technology of forming – deep drawing of aluminum. The maximum dimensions of the products are ø350 x 350 mm. At the same time it is possible to create edges on products, to round them up and impress reinforcement grooves.
